Our membership is designed to ensure that you are able to navigate your investment journey well. Our instructors only share the latest and most relevant information on the market, and that includes tried-and-true methods of investment. Have any questions? Get in touch with one of our Property Analysts who will guide you through.
Members of Founders Circle get to interact with the founders and other community members at our networking sessions and private events. One of our founders, Shawn, will also be personally guiding you through your portfolios and investment journeys. Additionally, you get priority access to property deals and exclusive closed-door transactions.
Under our membership, you will be added to a community chat group on Facebook and Telegram which gives you the opportunity to connect and collaborate with other investors from diverse backgrounds.
As a Foreigner, there is a 20% Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD) for the purchase of residential properties in Singapore. However, foreigners can select other forms of properties to invest in. For example, overseas properties in countries such as the UK, Malaysia and Australia, or industrial properties structured under an entity in Singapore.
The membership will be beneficial if you’re looking to grow your property portfolio beyond Singapore residential properties. We currently have members, who are foreigners, within our community and it will be a great opportunity to network with people going through the same journey as you.
We highly discourage individuals under the age of 21 to join our membership as you may not have the resources or means to purchase properties. The current legal age to purchase a property is 21. However, we can review your profile on a case-by-case basis. In the meantime, you can go through our free resources on YouTube or Facebook to start learning, and revisit us when you’ve reached the legal age.
